Karaoke Picks of the Week

1. Rolling Stones, Under My Thumb. Be prepared to improvise some of Mick's extra-screechy bits. 6/10. (Easy to sing, not terribly original).



2. Kreayshawn, Gucci Gucci. This song is truly fun to do at karaoke, and not often heard. 10/10 (Easy to sing, memorable).



3. Kim Wilde, You Keep Me Hangin' On. Eightiestastic! I felt off-key, but people offstage said it sounded good. 8/10 (Fun to sing, fits nicely in an 80s block).

Venue: The Spectator, Queen Anne. 7/10. Not a bad spot to go with a group or solo, and the singers are usually great. However, the bartenders are always rushed, and drinks are varying in quality.

KJ: Baby Ketten! The best! 10/10.
